Jeff was beyond amazing, my husband and I were looking for our first home for about 2 years before we met Jeff and just had no luck.

Jeff was always available when we had questions or concerns and was able to explain everything. My husband and I are young and just weren't sure how to buy a home but he really broke everything down and taught us everything we needed to know. He found out what we were looking for in a house and showed us exactly that.

Jeff had follow through which is a big thing for us. He was available even though we had a three hour time difference between us. He returned our phone calls, texts, and emails. He got back to us with the information we asked for in a timely manner. He went and saw houses for us and sent us videos of them.

As this was a house I bought through an auction it was a little more complicated dealing with an auction house and banks in California and title companies. With Jeff's help and staying on top of things it made my life a lot easier. Jeff is always ready to make eight o'clock calls on a Sunday night if need be. The one thing I really appreciate is he is always able to be reached and provides the info I need right away as most of my purchases are houses I flip and always are under a fast time frame to buy. I started flipping houses in the early eighties and have never used the same realtor twice, this is my second house with Jeff and I look forward to many more.
